If your Facebook account is disabled, you may be able to regain access by filling out and submitting an appeal form. This form can be found on the Facebook Help Center page. You will need to provide an explanation of why your account was disabled, personal identification details, and a valid photo ID. Once your appeal is reviewed, you may be able to access your account again.

It's all depends on for what reason your FB account is disabled? If is disabled for any serious illegal activities it's not easy to recover your account. Anyway you can go for an appeal on your login page on Facebook after entering your login credentials. There you may need to prove your original identity and further procedures to get your FB account back.

There is always an option in reactivating your Facebook account. First, log in to your Facebook account. Then, you can access it by using your mobile phone or an email to log in. If it happens that you forgot it, then you can ask for the requisition of a new one on Facebook.

Well you can see you can or can't.If you deactivated your account, you can reactivate it yourself by logging back in. If Facebook disabled your account, you'll have to submit an appeal to get your account back. Depending on the circumstances, they may or may not grant your request

You can reactivate your Facebook account at any time by logging back into Facebook or by using your Facebook account to log in somewhere else. Remember that you'll need to have access to the email or mobile number you use to log in. If you can't remember your password, you can request a new one.

Review Facebook's Terms of Service: Familiarize yourself with Facebook's terms and policies to ensure you understand the guidelines you may have violated.

Visit the Facebook Help Center: Access the Facebook Help Center and search for "disabled account" or a similar topic. Facebook provides resources and information on what to do if your account has been disabled.

Submit an appeal: Look for the appeal form or link provided by Facebook within the Help Center. Facebook usually asks for your account details and may require you to provide additional information or documentation to support your appeal.

Provide relevant information: In your appeal, explain the situation clearly and concisely. Be honest and provide any necessary information that may help Facebook review and reinstate your account. This may include verifying your identity, explaining any misunderstandings, or addressing any violations that occurred unintentionally.

Wait for a response: Facebook will review your appeal, which can take some time. Be patient and avoid submitting multiple appeals, as this may delay the process.

Follow Facebook's instructions: If Facebook approves your appeal and reinstates your account, follow any instructions or requirements they provide. This may include resetting your password, updating your security settings, or reviewing your recent activity.

It's important to note that Facebook's decision on account reinstatement is ultimately up to them, and there is no guarantee that your account will be restored. It's crucial to review and comply with Facebook's policies to prevent future account issues.

If you have difficulty resolving the issue through the regular channels, you may consider reaching out to Facebook's support or help center for further assistance.
