The business is not accredited by BBB. but want to resolve situation, that was year ago, since client didn't reply and business want to improve evaluation. How it possible to do without accreditation?

Unfortunately, the Better Business Bureau cannot reopen a closed complaint if the business is not accredited by them. If the business wants to improve their evaluation, they should consider becoming accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Becoming accredited involves meeting their standards and passing a review process. It is important to note that the Better Business Bureau cannot guarantee that becoming accredited will improve the business's rating.

These are determined on a case by case scenario. You'll need to contact the BBB and talk with a representative there to see if your case can be reopened or not. If they won't reopen you case, find out what you can do to resolve this problem or if you can open a new case.

There is no closed complaint number for this business, but it is possible to do without accreditation without having a closed complaint number. You could try meeting with the business and trying to resolve the issue through polite and polite communication.
