Only gym my friend. Working out takes away my anxiety and problems from everyday life because i keep focusing on doing the exercises correctly in good form to avoid injury plus trying to make a new record every time.
What relaxes me is good music that appeals to my spirit, another thing that relaxes me is good food. A good food can put me to sleep. Watching movie or entertainment programme either on youtube or on TV can also be relaxing to me.
Meditation.The silence and stillness you experience in meditation and the increased happiness and diminished stress you experience outside meditation are so attractive and welcomed that you naturally teach yourself how to go deeper into that silence and stillness each time you meditate.
