What makes me feel relaxed after a stress or unger is going to gym or what a movie or also read a book. By doing either of this I feel my mind so relaxed
Only gym my friend. Working out takes away my anxiety and problems from everyday life because i keep focusing on doing the exercises correctly in good form to avoid injury plus trying to make a new record every time.
What relaxes me is good music that appeals to my spirit, another thing that relaxes me is good food. A good food can put me to sleep. Watching movie or entertainment programme either on youtube or on TV can also be relaxing to me.
