What are some of the challenges you have faced in your career?

It's obvious you must face some challenges in your career,

1. Rejection by fellow workers 

2. Being treated badly senior staffs 

3. Problem in adapting the climate and norms of the new area.

As an office temp, the biggest challenge is getting placed into a new role and having to learn the details of how to do that job on the fly. Sometimes with no training; sometimes with training with very minimal.

I learned to take a lot of notes and referred back to them often.

One of the greatest challenges in my career has been inequality and unfairness. Giving  specific consideration a group of people because of their connection has been challenging to me.
