According to the 2017 census of Pakistan, the percentage of Hindus in the country was 1.6%. However, the distribution of Hindus in different states of Pakistan is not uniform.
The largest population of Hindus in Pakistan is concentrated in the province of Sindh, where they make up around 8% of the population. The district of Tharparkar in Sindh has the highest concentration of Hindus in the country, with over 45% of the population being Hindu.
In Punjab, the percentage of Hindus is around 0.2%, while in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, it is less than 0.1%.
