I wish I knew because then maybe I could stop worrying. One of my worst faults is worrying about something that may never happen. I have this theory that if I picture the worst in a situation and it actually happens, then it won't be such a shock.

Not everyone is like me. My partner never worries about things because he says what will be will be and worrying about it won't change anything. I know this is true and I wish I could be like him but I think if you are a worrier it is just part of your nature and there is little you can do that will make a difference.

It helps to know that there are many others like me especially when it comes to parents worrying about their children. As they grow up and become a little more independent  the thought of not being there for them so much is quite scary. It's the thing I worry about the most and I know that will never change.

I think it is only natural and human to worry about things especially the ones we don't have control over. As we humans, we take pride in handling affairs, making plans and making things follow the order that we want them to go. But more often than not, things do not go as planned and when we become uncertain about something because there's little we can do to help the situation, we go into panic and worries set in. Fear of the unknown.

This is the part where faith comes in for me, even though faith should be there at the start, it should be stronger during uncertainty. Funny how we still worry even though it does nothing to help the situation. Worries are interests paid in advance for a debt which you do not even owe. I know that we can't help but worry at times though. Brings us to why we are humans.

I think this is because we humans are natural worriers. We worry about the possible outcomes of things before they actually happen, and when they indeed happen, we worry about what will happen next. This also has to do with the fact that nothing is 100% certain, and that the possibility of outcomes shifting from what we anticipated is highly likely.

I think we have all been in this kind of situation where we get so paranoid, especially when looking forward to something we want so bad to happen.

However, although there have been such drawbacks with being a worrier, it also has advantages of its own. When we worry about things, we get to prepare ourselves with all the possible outcomes, and perhaps be able to do necessary adjustments.

I believe it just human nature to worry especially on things that we don't have control over.it makes us feel so helpless and it like the only way out is to think about it and pray or hope it goes away.

I worry alot too especially on things that I really need to see happen and it isn't forth coming, it like worrying always get me closer to my goal though because it keeps motivated to devise avenues of either solving the problem or making the dreams come to reality.
Well,we can't blame one another when we have our goals and aspirations ahead of us and life situations will be dulling us, it makes us so unhappy and make us think of ways to fix it. I think the best bet is looking for the way forward to any situation that worrying over it.

Truthfully, I barely worry myself over those things I don't have absolute control over, but every now and then there is this uncontrollable inclination to be bothered about them. It doesn't do us any good to be worked up with things we have no control of, because they are only there to stress us out and raise our blood pressure.
We must have the knowledge that life often present us with two main options, which could either be things we have control over or ones we don't have control over. It's always in our best interests to live for the moment by making immediate plans and setting realistic short term goals. Because anytime we become engrossed with the thought of what tomorrow holds, we are setting ourselves up for anxiety, stress, if care is not taken, heart breaks.

Advisably, do the things necessary for now that will better your tomorrow but never overstep the present situation by trying to grasp what lies on the horizon.

Yes. It's human nature. People do worry about the things that never happen. I do worry about my Ex-Relationship. I know its over but still am worrying. It's human natural behavior to worry for the thing that we like even we don't have any control over on it.

We often worry about the things, that is not under our control because this is the Human nature. They have the feelings for everyone. They think that by worrying about the thing,it would be solved.

It is pure ignorance that has made people think they can control every thing, ignoring the spiritual laws that control destiny and so on. People that have a good understanding pray for God's will to be done, which means surrendering to God while doing their best.

It is human nature to live a comfortable and good life. But unfortunately it does not always happen that way. We have so much that is beyond our control but we worry. This is also due to the fact that people have refused to recognize that it is only God who is the controller of every thing and we should cast all our burdens unto Him. Also, humans fear failure and seek to worry much.

Well that is what most people waste their lives upon and i am too one of them. The reason i would say is our higher intelligence that is capable of processing so much thoughts and wasting our energies in the wrong direction. We should all learn meditation i think that will be the only solution towards it.

It is normal for people to feel worrisome, especially with their families. Being sick situation makes us feel worried without our control.

Worries are just there to take your time if you let it, anything that will happen will surely happen no matter what we do, especially those ones we don't have control over, just do your thing and be happy.

When I cared less, I worry less. It could be because we focus too much on things we cannot control, overthink and overanalyze. Since it is part of my nature to "fix" things or the situation, not being able to control it triggers so many things.

We often worry about the things that we do not have control over because it is a natural human instinct to be concerned about potential risks and hazards. We worry in order to protect ourselves, and sometimes it can be hard to differentiate between a genuine risk and an irrational fear. When we are unable to control something, we may be left feeling helpless and uncertain, and this can lead to worrying.

There are a few reasons why we worry about the things that we do not have control over. One reason is that we worry about the things that we don't think we can control. For example, we worry about the things that we don't think we can control such as our own life or the life of others. Additionally, we can also worry about the things that we think we don't need to worry about, but if we did, we would just stop and take a break. Finally, we can also worry about the things that we think we will need to worry about in order to achieve our goals.
