Fruits are always great options for a healthy snack that is definitely nut-free. Stocking up on fruit at the beginning of the week is key in order for me to stay full throughout the week.

I don't have any allergies for nuts, I eat all types both locally produced and imported nuts.They contain unsaturated fatty acids and other nutrients

No, I do not have any nut allergies. When I'm looking for a snack, I usually opt for fruits, vegetables, and other healthy options such as yogurt or granola bars. Additionally, I also enjoy snacking on popcorn, crackers, and other types of snacks that are nut-free.
