Yes, to some extent, lions are fearful and sometimes even dumb on the outside. it mostly depends upon the human when the lion sees a human at first it will not jump into action instead it is a little started due to our unfamiliar appearance. but if we give away our fear it will know we are weak and will attack us

In general, lions are not naturally afraid of humans. However, their behavior towards humans can vary depending on their past experiences with people, their habitat, and their level of hunger.

Lions that live in areas where they frequently encounter humans, such as in national parks or areas surrounding human settlements, may become accustomed to human presence and may not perceive humans as a threat. However, lions that live in more remote or wild areas may be more likely to see humans as a threat and may exhibit aggressive behavior towards them.

It is important to note that lions are wild animals and should be treated with caution and respect. In areas where lions are known to be present, it is important for humans to take appropriate safety precautions, such as avoiding walking alone at night and keeping a safe distance from lions if they are encountered.

Lions are apex predators and are generally not afraid of humans. However, their behavior towards humans can vary depending on the circumstances. In the wild, lions usually avoid humans and will only attack if they feel threatened or if they are unable to find prey.

However, in areas where lions have become habituated to humans, such as near game reserves or national parks, they may become more aggressive and less fearful. In these situations, lions may see humans as a potential food source and may attack if they feel provoked or threatened.

It is important to note that lions are dangerous animals and should be treated with caution and respect. If you are in an area where lions are present, it is best to keep a safe distance and follow any guidelines or regulations set by local authorities

Most lions flee, even from people on foot, but an attack is a possibility and knowing how to react could save your life. Walking safaris are a relatively new concept, and lions still perceive humans on foot as a threat.

Lions are really very brave animals, but, I think, most animals fear human beings :D Lions are scary because they are carnivores but if we look at it from a neutral point, they only attack because of food and if their stomach is full, they don't attack I think. I don't think they have the abilities to think particularly about a specific species such as human beings, but since either they are in the forest where not much human beings they find to interact with, I think they don't care. But the ones we lock up in zoological parks, I guess those develop a sense of hatred or angriness for and towards human beings! :P

Yes sometimes lions sees humans as a threat especially in areas or countries with so much hunting activities. In such places, animals in that environment such as lions are usually afraid but that does not mean they cannot react to protect themselves.
