I am facing big trouble while opening some e-mails in Gmail. I cannot read it. It's still possible to read when I copy these symbols and paste it in search bar or Microsoft word.

NO, this isn't possible. The reason you are having issues is the fact these are written in another language that isn't supported by your gmail account. You will need to figure out what language these are written in and then add a plug-in to support this language. Normally, when I see this I delete them immediately because the most message that contains this type of code also contains a virus. However, if you trust the sender and you know what they are sending you, you can turn around and ask them what language they have used. This way you can install the language pack for this language so it is supported and you can then read the messages. Just copying and pasting this into a notepad or doc will not allow you to read it. It is important to install the special characters that support the language so that it displays correctly on your screen.

You can use google translation software for this letter to interpret.  There are also many apps that helps for it. Search google for more reference.

This could be an issue with the encoding of the email you are trying to read. It's possible that the email's encoding is not supported by Gmail. Try downloading the email to your computer and opening it with an email client that supports the encoding. If that doesn't work, try contacting the sender and asking them to send the email in a different encoding format.
