I wish to learn garden landscaping. I admire people who can do it.

I remember when I was a child, my parents did a pretty good job with our garden. That's how I learn how to do the garden too. You have an unlimited idea and what the designs how you wanted. Besides from not spending money for someone else to do it for you, it's an exercise too both physical and mental.

It is better to do it by yourself if you know how to do it and you know what do you want for your garden. Hiring professionals would be costly. But, if you choose to hire a professional, you have to consider how much budget you have. You can ask or allow them to do the design for you or you can tell them what do you want.

Just remember, no matter what the outcome with your garden as long as you like it and worth the money you spend, that's all matter.

Landscaping gardens is big business and big money. However, for a home garden you just need to plan a few things with regards to budget and space. You may have to consider the size of your garden, which plants need full sun, which are adapted to partially shade  and which plants can grow in completely shaded areas. Your plants have to be arranged according to their light requirements. The taller plants may have to be arranged at the furthest end of the end your garden. Bushes and shrubs also need to be at the further ends. Hedges and designs need to be planned for  the places which are close to your walk way and drive ways. The most colorful flowering plants could be arranged closer to your home where there is high visibility. Try to plant colorful /brighter plants in darker corners, but make sure that they are plants that can grow in low lighting. Lawns could also be planned to suit your needs.
It may be hard to give a full lesson in landscaping, but these are the basics to keep in mind.

To tell you the truth landscaping is not that hard if you have an eye for it and you enjoy gardening. Many people who live in certain drought areas are now landscaping their front yards with certain plants and shrubs that do not require a lot of watering. You will need to layout your yard and decide on what you want. Placement of the plants plays a major role in how your yard looks when you are done. I would suggest going online and taking a look at some people's yards. Get an idea about what you want, decide on your budget, decide on the plants you want, and then start working on your new yard. I think building planter boxes and laying down stone walkways is a great way to make your yard look beautiful. You do not always need to put in grass that will take a lot of hard work and time to keep it cut. Maybe consider adding stones or even bark to the yard. If you do this you'll need to lay down a tarp and staple it into the ground to keep the weeds out and your yard looking nice.

You can certainly landscape your garden on your own, although it will require a lot of time, effort, and knowledge. If you don't have the skills or knowledge necessary, it may be best to hire a professional landscaper to do the job for you. Professional landscapers will have the necessary skills and resources to ensure that you get the best results.

I would not recommend landscaping because it is expensive and it is not always necessary. I would recommend hiring a professional to do it because it is necessary.
