Can committing suicide ever be justified? What do find wrong about committing suicide?

I wouldn't exactly say it is wrong to commit suicide, but it sure isn't correct either. I know when a person is very depressed and they don't see any other way out of the depression their first thoughts are to end their life. They feel that they are suffering now and if they were no longer here the suffering would end. This is a very real thought and feeling of some people who suffer from depression. In their case, it would end their suffering, but it would make the ones that loved them suffer even more. The people who are left behind suffer from the loss of this person and they will continue to blame themselves for not trying to reach out and help them more. However, this isn't always possible because some people who suffer from depression do it in silence and people around them have no idea what is wrong. I feel that people who take their own lives are selfish and they aren't considering the people they leave behind. They might be in peace now, but everyone who is left here is now miserable and suffering from their loss.

It really a weird thing to do if one ever commit suicide it even against the creator commandments. It is stated that thou shall not kill including self, so it really wrong to me why we should take our own lives no matter the circumstances, it wrong on all levels. The least we can do is tackling our problems and fighting it to a halt. I see people that does such an act of suicide as a coward that couldn't stand whatever demon was facing him or her whether physically or otherwise.

How do we truimph or show our inner abilities when we give up on a very small opportunity to the extent of wanting to kill ourselves that's pure madness.

We can always tell the Creator about our problems, see an expert if need be or talk about it to people. It will be helpful that way.

It is very wrong, it's against the eyes of our God. I feel really gutted because there are some teenagers who really can do this without knowing what the outcome. it is very serious mental health problem among those people who suffered depression. These people needs help, and if no one will help they will attempt to kill themselves. We have to think many times before taking our lives for no reason. We all have problems and every problem has a solutions.

I feel sorry for people who take away their lives just because they were desperate for that moment. We should rely our faith to the creator and if we fail we should accept it. Everything has a solution, we need to look for it and ask for help m. Our society needs guidance and encouragement, so no one will do the same mistakes.

There can never be justification whatever in taking one's life. Life as we were made to understand that it's a gift. So therefore, nobody has the absolute power to take his/her life except the giver of the life, which is God. Imagine that you were given a precious gift by your parents. Would you destroy that gift or you're going to jealousy protect it? Undoubtedly, you're not only going to protect that gift but also preserve it as antiquity for years. Relate that with your life which was given to you by your God.
Now, you would see that, it's completely sacrilegious for anybody to take his/her life. I know some would say that they have good reasons to commit suicide, perhaps due to the untold suffering they are battling with. But in spite of the misery they are facing presently, there is still hope if only they could lift up their eyes to see that is always light at the end of the tunnel.

Apparently, committing suicide in order to escape one's fate is an act of cowardice. Instead of comtemplating suicide, why not focus that same thought on believing that there's nothing too big for your God to do.

As much as we are quick to dismiss the subject in suicide and brand the act as cowardly, I like to still think that suicide in some way can be justified, maybe not a moral way. Believe it or not, some people are faced with certain problems in life that can't be tackled head on. You might ni have experience any such problems, but others have to a point that suicide becomes an option.
Let's take an instance on someone who was brought into this world by a poverty driven family. That someone happens to be physical challenged and along the way lost his entire family for some reason. Now an orphan with no one in this world to care for such person. Do you think if such persons decides to commit suicide, it will be wrong? My point is, though suicide is morally wrong, Except we are able to help and give such persons a better life, i feel they reserve the right to their own lives. Hence, I think everyone has the right to decide if they want to continue living or take their lives. After all no one gets to be in their shoes and suffer along side them during their hard times.

Committing suicide is totally wrong. It is not in accordance to God's permissive will. And your faith will be questioned. Why will you commit suicide? Are you tired of your life? Depress with people in this judgemental society? Honestly, you can't feel those things if you have faith in Him. If you let God move in your life. If you surrendered yourself to Him and accept Christ as your Lord and Saviour. Honestly, there's no such thing like instant in this world. We are born to face trials, struggles and hindrances but with God nothing is impossible. No matter what problem you'll be facing in the near future, it can do nothing on you. Becaue our God is bigger than our problems. If you are depressed, tired, lonely, just look for a quiet place and talk to Him, kneel down and pray. And securely no more suicidal act and thinking from people who ha Christ in their hearts.

Sincerely, committing suicide is never a good or reasonable option to solve any problem you're facing at the moment. As a matter of fact, committing suicide even worsen the situation more. Because, such person have caused both imperative and implicative effects on 5he families you will leave behind. Coupled with magnanimity of sin involved in taking the life you never gave to your self..
Though, some situation in life a times will be so convincing that no way out. Even with lingering depression, dilemma and inhibition. But with believe in future and consolidating faith,  the situation shall pass at least for a singular reason that "no conditions is permanent".. So to me; I sees suicide as an act of cowardice. Yet people indulge in it without thinking deep!

A woman recently in my country, just because of depression jump into a big river and died. The people around just mourned her for few hours and went on with their normal life. The family also mourned family for a week and started to blame the deceased.

I read somewhere someone saying that its their choice to commit suicide because its your life and not anyone else's. Committing suicide is a crime and If there's a victim who tried to commit but caught in the act, they should be jailed.

This is because, that life isn't yours and you don't have any right to end it. God is the giver of life and He's the only one who gives life and takes. Before committing suicide, think of the agony that you'll leave your family and friends with.
Besides there are ways in which can be helped of your are going through depression and therapy is one of them. Suicide is a crime and should be banned.

Whatever the reason, but one committing suicide is  percent wrong. We don't have rights to finish our life. We born here for some reason, we have to fulfill it.

Low self confidence is the reason for suicide.

Okay it's a very tricky question but I can give it like this, I don't support suicide no matter the circumstances surrounding it . Even the holy books strongly condemn the act and people worldwide are in all might working together to help stop and prevent it as it solves nothing other than increasing problems and burden to the community of the deceased

The real fact is that it is considered a big sin. It is only God who has the right to get our lives. If we knew someone who is suicidal, we need to help them by consulting a specialist.

Not at all, and there is never any need to justify anything to anyone. Not much is well within our control in the earth plane, but we can decide on the time, manner and place of our deaths. That is within the realm of Free Will. Most chose not to exercise that choice because of idiotic reasons like the social control exercised by family, friends, government, religious zealots, and so on. To each his own. Suicide is a wholly viable alternative in many situations. That said, it is a serious option, and not to be engaged lightly, as there are ramifications both in Antarabhava, and in the next rebirth. Everything comes at a cost.

Committing suicide does not solve the problem. The debt will still be there. When you die, you will still recieve punishment in hell for killing yourself.

Sucide is caused out of depression, suffering, inability to forgive yourself and many more, if you take your time to analyse the causes, you will find out that sucide is commited when they are not in the right state of mind.

Committing suicide is wrong because it is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. It is a violation of the commandment "Thou shalt not kill" and, most importantly, it is the ultimate act of self-harm and can cause immense pain and suffering for those left behind. It is a selfish act and can be seen as a rejection of the love, support and care that those around you are offering.

Can committing suicide ever be justified? The answer is no. Suicide is never an acceptable way to cope with difficulties and should never be seen as the only way out. It is not an appropriate response to a problem and it does not solve the underlying issues that may have caused the individual to feel they have no other option.

It is absolutely wrong to commit suicide. In fact, I would say its not right at all. Nobody has power to take life including your own. Committing suicide does not solve the problem at all. It leaves family and friends with so much pain and trauma. Facing the problem and dealing with it is the most appropriate step to take. Do not suffer in silence because everything has a solution. Everything looks hard and difficult when handled alone but the moment you share with someone who is non-judgmental, you feel relieved and making a step forward toward mental wellness.

we should all make awareness that mental sickness is okay and no one should discriminate anyone because of his troubled mental health. We should talk about it and teach our children that it is okay to not be okay. Lets even involve matters on suicide in our school curriculum and teach children how to deal with suicidal thoughts.
