The risk of consuming raw eggs is the fear of contamination of salmonella. Salmonella is a bacteria which affects the gastrointestinal tract of humans and animals. This bacteria can be found in raw food especially poultry eggs. However, some studies show that the risk of contamination is low.
Other than that, it is very nutritious to consume raw eggs. Raw eggs just like cooked one contain protein, fats, antioxidants, and a bunch of other nutrients which are mostly contained in the yolk of the egg.
You can contact this bacteria by consuming contaminated food. Contamination and transmission is feaco-ora.lTo be safer, it is best to eat clean food, we should also cook our food to a certain extent to to kill micro organims.
