The risk of consuming raw eggs is the fear of contamination of salmonella. Salmonella is a bacteria which affects the gastrointestinal tract of humans and animals. This bacteria can be found in raw food especially poultry eggs. However, some studies show that the risk of contamination is low.
Other than that, it is very nutritious to consume raw eggs. Raw eggs just like cooked one contain protein, fats, antioxidants, and a bunch of other nutrients which are mostly contained in the yolk of the egg.
You can contact this bacteria by consuming contaminated food. Contamination and transmission is feaco-ora.lTo be safer, it is best to eat clean food, we should also cook our food to a certain extent to to kill micro organims.

It is fine if the egg does not have salmonella. At some point, we need to consider eating two eggs only for a day. It is applicable only to those who are hypertensive patients.

Raw egg is considered safe for consumption. It depends on the specific ingredients and quality of the egg. However, some potential reasons for why the egg may be considered safe for consumption could include its low water content, its thin white film that does not turn into a cloud ofassembling fluid, or its delicate structure.

Raw eggs aren't safe to eat if they're unpasteurized. That means they could contain harmful bacteria. And even though eggs can be sold as pasteurized — meaning they're heated just enough so bacteria is killed off — you still shouldn't crack open an egg and start chowing down

Eating raw eggs can be potentially dangerous if they contain Salmonella. About one in 20,000 eggs does. Salmonella is a bacteria commonly found in food that causes diarrhea, fever, cramps, and vomiting.
