What would you do if you bought your shoes online and the size is not fit?

It is really disappointing while the shoes bought online are not correct fit. What would you do on such an instance?

Definitely you should return them and request for a bigger size. Since it is your money it is your right as a consumer to do so. You can also sell it to your friend who may be interested and get a new one that's why I prefer buying clothes and shoes from a store than online.

I don't buy shoes online for this reason. I have small feet and I always need to have fit shoes personally. In any case, I would hope that there is a return or exchange policy in the store. If they don't you could gift it to someone you know that has that shoe size. That's what dad and brother do.

I've tried this one already, I just gave the shoes to my father. My relatives overseas asked my foot size and I have told them it's 7. But the shoe they gave me is smaller, my dad's feet are smaller than mine because I am taller than him since high school. When he tried the shoe and it does fit, it's his shoes already.

It can be frustrating to experience such, but i think these companies offers the power to return the shoe and order and another shoe that would fit you perfectly.

I will check if the online store has a return policy, if yes, I will file for return. But if the store does not have an existing return policy, I will give the shoe out to someone that fits.

I do buy the people I knows very well.i can not buy anything  online from someone I don't know . it's taking risks.

Some people that sells online are scammers.

When I bought shoes that doesn't fit me, I will definitely return it.

By this time he or she will bring the ones that I will check it to know if it's fits me before taking it.
