It is okay to consume noodles in moderation, yes they are not healthy especially the instant noodles. Consuming noodles in moderation won't harm in your health. But oo much can, even other healthy foods, if too much consumption will lead to health problems. If you want your instant noodles to be healthy you can add egg, and vegetables when cooking it like carrots, spinach, Moringa leaves, or other healthy vegetables. And don't eat eat noodles alone too, you can eat it among with the other healthy fruits and vegetables. Relying on noodles alone won't give you in nutritious for your system. Best to accompany it with other healthy foods. When I cook noodles I always add egg in it and spinach so the nutrients of the leaves and eggs will combine with the soup and I cook it very well not just what according to the instructions. I like my noodles very well cooked.

I love to eat noodles alot but mostly in a very healthy way  but eating noodles just like that isn't really healthy especially those that are packaged with spices. There contain so much sodium, saturated fat, addictive and preservatives etc which are very unhealthy ingredients to the body.
Noodles is a great source of carbohydrate and it loaded with so much calories which means that it could spike insulin which triggers fat storing and make us begins to add unnecessary weight and weight gain comes with it's diseases like heart diseases etc.

I try to make my noodles healthy by loading it with different kind of veggies, this will help lower the amount of carbohydrates in the food.Again it good to eat noodles in moderation.

As much as we all love to eat noodles, they are really not healthy when eaten excessively. They may be easy to prepare but at the end of the day we are really not helping our bodies, this is because noodles have no health benefits in the sense that, they do not have the necessary nutrients that are needed in the body for nourishment. We are talking about proteins, some vitamins and the essential minerals that are good in body building. Again they contain too much sodium, and we all know too much sodium in the body causes heart disease, you could end up having heart related diseases. Eating them in moderation is okay so long as you have them with vegetables for the vitamin part of it and add in some meat for the protein part, i guess that will make it a well balanced diet that can be eaten occassionally not everyday.

Instant noodles in your diet likely won't come with negative health effects. However, they are low in nutrients, so don't use them as a staple in your diet. It has possibility to cause High blood pressure.

Are you talking about instant noodles? If its instant noodles, then it is not healthy at all even if you add raw veggies to it. There's just too much artificial ingredients in it and very high amount of salts. Once in a while it would be okay but definitely do not eat it often or else you'll be putting yourself at risk to developing certain diseases.

If its noodles in general, I think it won't have any negative health effects if you eat it in moderation. However, making it a staple in your diet won't be a good thing. These noodles are poor in nutrition. Frequent consumption is linked to unhealthy diet as it lacks the necessary nutrients needed by the body. Consider limiting intake of noodles.

I'm not a fan of noodles so I seldom eat them.

Eating noodles can be healthy if it is cooked with vegetables to supplement the dietary intake of the food. Noodles are mainly carbohydrate and consuming just it only will not provide much nutrient to the body, so it is advisable to cook it with vegetables.

Yes true that noodles have become very common food today in the world. Due to its taste, easiness in preparation, and instant cook have made it so favorable to all of us.

Yes, I too enjoy eating them.

I cannot say that they are the most nutritious food nor like they are not at all. It's moderate and if one consumes it properly and does not make the noodles as the important food of there life then its good. Eating every day that only is harmful and not a good practice. One should keep a limit and consume the same.

Instant noodles are often criticized as unhealthy or junk food. A single serving of instant noodles is high in carbohydrates, salt and fat, but low in protein, fibre, vitamin and essential minerals.

Nope it's not a healthy nutrition option. I prefer one to take whole grains and whole grain cereals rather than taking noodles.

I think it is fine to eat noodles that are not instant. Since some Asian people considered it as their staple food, then it is healthy for them to eat it.

Eating noodles can be part of a healthy diet, but it depends on the type of noodles and how they are prepared. Whole grain noodles, such as whole wheat or brown rice noodles, are healthier options as they are higher in fiber, vitamins, and minerals compared to refined flour noodles. Additionally, incorporating a variety of colorful vegetables, lean protein, and a flavorful sauce or broth can help balance out a noodle dish and provide a range of nutrients. However, it's important to be mindful of portion sizes and the ingredients used to prepare the noodles, as some noodle dishes can be high in sodium, fat, and calories. Also, instant noodles, or instant ramen, are usually high in sodium and preservatives, and can be considered unhealthy if consumed regularly. In general, eating a balanced diet that includes a variety of foods, including noodles, can contribute to a healthy

Eating noodles can be healthy depending on the ingredients and how it is cooked. If the noodles are made with whole-grain flour, they can be a good source of fiber and other essential nutrients. However, if the noodles are made with refined white flour, they can be higher in calories and sodium and lower in nutrition. Additionally, the type of sauce or topping you choose to add to the noodles can affect the healthfulness of the meal. For example, using a light sauce or topping it with vegetables can make the meal more nutritious.

The healthiness of noodles depends on the type and how they're prepared. Whole grain or vegetable-based noodles with lean protein and vegetables can be a healthy meal, while processed, fried or high sodium varieties should be consumed in moderation.

noodles are low in calories, but are also low in fibre and protein. They are also notorious for being high in fat, carbohydrates, and sodium. While you will be able to get some micronutrients from instant noodles, they lack important nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B12, and more.
