As it is known that prostitution is not good deed (it can damage morale and behaviour from the younger to the older generation), therefore, formally, many countries prohibit this act or/and profession. However, some countries do not prohibit this behaviour and event legalizes this profession. The question arises, from the state's point of view, what are the advantages and disadvantages of a country if it legalizes this profession?

Legalising prostitution can have advantages such as improved regulation, increased safety for sex workers, and potential tax revenue. However, disadvantages may include ethical concerns, exploitation risks, and societal challenges in manging the industry's impact on communities and public health.

From the state's point of view, legalizing prostitution can have both advantages and disadvantages. On the positive side, legalizing prostitution can reduce the risk of exploitation and violence against sex workers, as well as generate additional tax revenue for the government. On the negative side, it can lead to an increase in STDs, create a moral dilemma for some members of society, and lead to an increase in organized crime.
