Summer is fun because it's really fun under the sun. But, the painful truth is I hate sunburn, especially it can damage skin. Al you have to do to minimize the sun damage or sunburn, apply generously a sun protection lotion. Find a brand that suit your needs and look for SPF 50 and up, this type of sun protection will highly protect your skin from sun damage. Do this routine 30 minutes before you go out under the sun, it's advisable to apply it again after 4 hours. You can wear some hat too to cover your your face and a sunglasses to protect your eyes from too much brightness and heat. This simple trick will help you enjoy the sun and avoid damaging your skin. Just don't stay for too long under the sun and always apply afterwards Aloe Vera.

Sun burns can be managed by using sun screens, and avoiding excess exposure to sunlight. Eat food that supports the health of your skin especially fruits. Put on clothes that protect you from the sun, also use face cap that covers the face and other body.

The best way to avoid sun burns is to cover up your skin when you are exposed to direct sunlight. Wear clothing that is light colored, loose fitting, and made of a fabric that is tightly woven. Wear a wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, and use sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher on any exposed skin. Also, try to stay in the shade whenever possible. If you do get sunburned, cool the affected area with cold compresses, then apply a moisturizer or aloe vera gel to help soothe the skin. If your sunburn is severe, you should seek medical attention.

To deal with sunburns, cool the affected area with a cool compress or aloe vera gel, take pain relievers, stay hydrated, and avoid further sun exposure.
