I used to eat my breakfast latest 7am in the morning.it called breakfast because we need to break the fast we had since the previous night and I think taking it at least from 7-9 am in the morning is appropriate.

Taking breakfast in the morning as early as possible comes with it's own benefits like being alert and having a good memory for different activities we will be engage in the day. Breakfast gives us the needed energy to go about our normal duties efficiently and effectively without breaking down and with the right energy we can carry out our jobs effortlessly.

Taking breakfast early can help one lose weight and uplift mental alertness through all the nutrients that the food we eat during breakfast will provide.

7 am to 9 am is the best time to take the breakfast. According our ayurvedic  history it is that it is the best time to have breakfast.

The best time to take breakfast is by 7-9am. This is the time the body needed it most. Human body system is design to go to bed latest by 8pm and after the sleeping you're expected to wake around 5am. The system detoxification is expected to have bring completed between 8pm to 5am in the morning. Then, you're expected to do a soft exercise between the hour of 5am to 6am because the blood is expected to be at the liver then. So between the hour of 6-7am the blood vessel is expected to be at the large intestineint and it will stay there between 7-9am expecting the food rather tto transport them to every part.
Thus, breakfast is expected between 7-9am for a perfect systematic body functioning. You will observe that when you change the routine of breakfast, you tend to have run up stomach for few days before it normalized.

Going by what I was taught in home economy, that breakfast should be eaten from moment one wake up before 8pm. And if it exceeds this hour, it is no longer appropriate for the purpose it is meant for. Ideally, the main reason for this is because breakfast is often said to be the most important meal of the day, because during the night hours all the food one ate before going to bed must've been used up for the necessary body functioning before the next morning. And so, it is considered apt for there to be immediate replenishment via eating of breakfast instantly after wake up.

As for me, this rule doesn't really work because I only eat when I am hungry, that's after emptying my bowel. Meaning that if it's morning my system has not made me to visit the loo, I will not eat breakfast until I'll do so, even if it's noon.

i normally eat breakfast around 6 am. I love black coffee with matching fried rice and sunny side up egg and tocino. The taste of tocino is so sweet and yummy. My late breakfast was around 9am in the morning.

Rice in the morning is new to me . We usually take in rice during lunch but , we have dishes like idlis and dosa which is basically made out of batter containing rice too so i guess it counts

There is no particular time for me since I usually wake up late in the morning. Don't get me wrong. I usually work at night and finish at midnight. Regardless, I am not a breakfast eater. I know that it is the most important meal, but I a fine for not having breakfast in the morning. A cup of coffee will be the best start for me to function well all day long.

I normally eat my breakfast at 12:00 pm and this breakfast is a long I eat breakfast at the afternoon period so as to keep my stomach full of food

I think any time from 6 am - 10 am is appropriate for breakfast. But really whenever you have to wake up it is ok to eat breakfast then.

I usually eat breakfast from 8am - 9am.

Yes that is a span of breakfast, after I jog at 7am and got home at 9am. I still eat another meal of breakfast.

I do not eat in the mornig because i cannot be active afterwards,it makes me feel full,gives me indigestion,cannot flex my body to not even put my shoes on.

Since am not working right now I wake up anytime I want since am at home all day. I can say that taking breakfast depends on your waking up time and your day schedule. If you are busy and you are going to work you will definitely wake up early and take your breakfast early so that you don't get late for work. At   around 9:30 am is the usual time that I take my breakfast.

I usually take my breakfast around 8 am or 10 am , any time between 8 am and 10 am is good enough for me and I also take in a lot of food during breakfast

It is better to have breakfast before 7 am. Ayurvedic doctors prefers to follow this times for breakfast. They ate lunch at 12 and tea at 4 and dinner before 7 and 12 hours sleep is a mandatory for better sleep.

i normally eat break fast at 11 or 12 but now its our holidays so i take breakfast after 12 sometime at 1 or 2 because i sleep at 1 or 2 am and wake up at 11 or 12 am

Normally around 7 to 8 in the morning before you go to work. Sometimes it depend on your wake up time before work at least one hour before going to work.

I am always eating at 7am onwards. No matter what time I wake up even if it's 5am, I still eat at 7am. I feel active that day if I eat at that time span, I have tried eating earlier than that and it made me starve more through the day.

Since I'm having college holiday nowadays I normally eat by 10 because I need to prepare my own lunch but when I need to attend college I go empty stomach and have just 2 meals in a day which I think is totally unhealthy for my body.
