Rob Janoff designed Apple's first logo in 1977, which featured a stylized image of an apple with a bite taken out of it. The logo was created to evoke a sense of simplicity and playfulness, while also referencing the idea of computers as tools for creativity and knowledge. Janoff has since become known as one of the most influential and successful logo designers in the world.

Apple's first logo was designed by Ronald Wayne in 1976. Wayne was a co-founder of Apple, and designed the logo which featured Isaac Newton sitting under an apple tree. The logo was eventually replaced in 1977 by the iconic rainbow apple logo, which was designed by Rob Janoff.
