If we are psychologically fit then we are physiologically fit. Always being in a good mental state can keep us healthy, wealthy and prevents from serious health conditions. On the other hand, being in a poor mental state can lead to poor health, or harmful and undesirable behaviors. 

Good mental health can boost our energy, relieves stress and tensions and enhances well-being through the release of endorphins and altogether extends our lifespan in a healthy way; for that regular physical exercises and activeness improves our brain health, improves digestions, strengthen bones and muscles, and also improves the ability to think good. Lowers the risk of cardiovascular diseases, keep blood pressure at normal level, controls blood glucose, maintains weight-loss or weight-gain and overall a fit and toned body.
