The animal with the highest blood pressure is the elephant. Elephants have a blood pressure of around 200/100 mmHg, which is much higher than the average human blood pressure of 120/80 mmHg.

The giraffe has the highest blood pressure of any mammal, clocking in at about 280/180 mmHg. To cope with this high pressure, the giraffe has an incredibly strong heart and circulatory system. The giraffe's long neck also helps to regulate blood flow, preventing too much pressure from building up in its brain.

The giraffe has the highest blood pressure of any mammal, with a systolic pressure of around 280 mm Hg. This is due to the giraffe's incredibly long neck, which requires a very strong heart and high blood pressure to pump blood all the way up to the brain.
