Many people now are asking for other ways to be paid and not use PayPal. Like you've stated here, PayPal doesn't work in all countries. Therefore, if a person wants to get paid they must find a way to create a PayPal account. In doing so, this means that the account can't be verified and some sites refuse to send money to an unverified PayPal account. Here are a few other opportunities that people are now using to receive online payment:

Venmo - this is actually a subsidiary of PayPal and it is popular with many people.

Bitcoin - some people ask to be paid in Bitcoins. I've seen more website offering this as a payment option.

Dwolla - is very similar to Venmo, however, any payment received that is over $10 will pay a $0.25 processing fee.

Google Wallet - the payment processing system will allow you to send money from your bank account to anyone for free. You can send money with your credit card, however, you'll be charged a 2.9% fee.

Skrill - this is an online payment system that will allow you to send money to another person. This payment processing alternative is becoming popular in most PTC sites and other sites that PayPal won't allow them to use to pay the people who work on their website.

Payza - you can use the app to transfer money to another person. However, if you want to exchange the currency, you're charged a processing fee.

I still prefer PayPal to the other payment processing systems offered online today. I have been using PayPal for years and I've never had an issue with the company. A few times, I purchased something online and when it arrived it was a mess. It wasn't what I had expected and the company refused to refund my money. PayPal was able to do a reverse charge and the funds were returned to my account. I still trust them and it is easy for me to use and get my money out of the account without paying processing fees. I can easily transfer my balance to my bank account or I can use the PayPal debit card to shop with.

Yes there are other alternatives for PayPal and in fact they charge very less fees. Some alternatives are payza although it was closed in the rest parts of the world apart from Europe.

We have payoneer although most of the sites that use it require one to have huge sums of money in order to withdraw using payoneer. There's skrill which is the best alternative to PayPal with less fee and you can easily convert your $ to your local wallet instead of cash passing through the bank.Other alternatives include, web money, perfect money and bitcoin

All in all I still prefer PayPal since its secure and convenient to use and opened worldwide.

The best alternative for PayPal for me is payoneer because of the important reason which PayPal lacks. which is that payoneer can be used by all countries to send and receive money which is not possible with PayPal.

Payoneer users don't need to have a bank account before one can sign up,payoneer issued one a MasterCard that one can withdraw cash from ATM in ones country.

Payoneer has no hidden chargers for its users, only what is spelt out is what a user will get no hidden taxes or fees to be paid.

We can send money to friends and family at no cost and charges unlike other payment methods that money are deducted for transferring money to friends.

I have always preferred payoneer at least one is welcomed to use it with a $25 bonus.

PayPal is the most famous payment processor used by most site to make payments to their users. The limitations the site has on different countries makes lot of people to try to seek for alternatives. In my opinion,  the alternative to PayPal depends on individual location.
In my country,  the alternatives that we have currently are:

Payoneer: With this payment processor we can easily recieve payment from any site that support it, transfer it our local banks and makes withdrawal easily. We also have access to their debit cards too.
Skrill is another alternative that does not have limitations to my country,  we can use it to receive payment and get it transferred or exchanged it with reliable exchangers available.

I have tried several other payment processors but I always come back to Paypal for the simple reason it is quick, uncomplicated and reliable. When ClixSense first lost Paypal I wanted to stay with them so I tried various different processors.

The first one was Payoneer which seemed fine until I tried to withdraw it and found that I had to have at least £20 in my account before I could withdraw to my bank account, (I don't know if this is still the case). The second one was Neteller. Trying to set up an account with them was so complicated that I almost gave up. I never used it and I wouldn't be able to get into it now as I don't remember my login details. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone looking for simplicity. The final one was called Circle which was offered by Prolific Academic. I used it once and there were no fees attached but they took a long time to process it so I decided to go back to Paypal. I notice they don't offer it any more so perhaps it wasn't very popular.
In summary I will say that although I have tried other payment processors I always go back to Paypal even though its fees are higher than others.   It's just generally the easiest method.

I have a lot to say about paypal but am afraid anger at the moment my cloud my judgment giving that am from a non-paypal country. In saying so, I'll try as much as possible to stick with the topic. But still, it's going to be a frustrating effort picking an alternative to paypal from my unexperienced paypal operations.

Skrill is one payment solution that can't be overlooked. Their operations are flawless with little or no room for complains. I noticed even answeree's choice of picking skrill as second mode of payment affirms my preference and recommendation am about to make on skrill. Skrill accepts almost all countries and can be used on multiple currencies. They also issue branded prepaid cards which can be linked to accounts in any of the four major currencies, EUR/USD/PLN/GBP. Just like paypal and other payment solutions, skrill allows multiple channels of transaction like card payments and bank wire transfers. Customers with higher subscription enjoy even better benefits like security tokens on their accounts. Skrill also has a loyalty reward program designed to reward it's customers.

With all said above, picking skrill as an alternative to paypal wouldn't be a regretful decision.

If i'm not mistaken, I've being using PayPal for almost a year now and it has been very useful. When u was starting my online, I had no idea how to receive money from people outside my country. So it was only PayPal that was introduced to me. Not until later that I got to know about skrill.

Skill is a very popular alternative for paypal and payoneer because f their currency conservation rates.

I have tried it myself a couple of times and MB transfers works greats. They also offer a prepaid MasterCard that works in millions of shop .worldwide. They also have an iphone and Android app so you can make transaction from your mobile. So if you are ready to subscribe to the site just click on free skrill account.

Thus, I guarantee tthe site to be legit.

I prefer Skrill as the alternative to Paypal. I use this because it is supported over the World. You don't have to use the different Platforms to receive the Payments.

Best alternative to me is perfectmoney, though it does not operate in the USA, due to legal reasons. I always feel safe with my cash in there, and there are a lot of agent who can exchange your perfectmoney to local currency for you.

I would prefer using Stripe as an alternative to PayPal. Stripe is a secure and easy-to-use platform for accepting payments online, and it supports payments from over 135 countries. It also offers a wide range of features, including fraud prevention, customizable checkout experiences, and integration with other services. Additionally, Stripe has no setup fees or hidden charges, making it a cost-effective alternative to PayPal.

Here are some notable alternatives I love to use and they include:

Stripe: Known for its ease of use and developer-friendly platform, Stripe is widely used for online payments and can be integrated into various websites and apps.

Square: Square is known for its point-of-sale services, but it also provides online payment solutions. It's user-friendly and suitable for small businesses.

TransferWise (now Wise): Ideal for international money transfers, Wise offers transparent and low-cost currency exchange rates.

Skrill: Skrill is an e-commerce business that allows payments and money transfers. It's often used for international transactions.
