Trust is commonly used in the concept of relationship while faith is used in spiritual context. Both of them are similar in that they refer to believing in something. That's why they are interrelated and go hand in hand.

The truth is both have different meanings.Trust has a deeper meaning when it comes to the concept of relationship.Trust will actually mean that you place confidence in someone. You believe they cannot put you in harms way and they can look out for your best interest.Trust is a permanent concept until the person you trust abuse your trust.

Faith on the other hand is commonly considered in the spiritual context. It means allegiance, duty, loyalty to one person or being. It can also mean believing in someone or something even if no proof exist.

Trust is the belief that someone or something is reliable, good, honest, and effective. Faith is a strong belief in a higher power, a spiritual force, or a person. Trust is based on evidence and experience, while faith is based on belief without evidence.

I've learned from the wise sages about the concept of faith and trust. Faith is a given, built-in "feature", in the human mind, heart and soul. We "have" faith within/inside of us. While trust is the deliberate action of that faith.

Have you said to someone, "I have faith in you" to prove it, "I trust that you can do it!"

I hope this makes sense.

Thank you for your question.

Thay can be used interchangeably. Faith is usually used in reference to spiritual context whilst trust is mostly used in the context of relationships. Both of them are intangible.

Well in my own understanding TRUST is knowing that something or someone is true and also knowing all about something or someone, while FAITH is knowing that your expectations will surely come to a reality.

Trust is done when you believe on what a certain person can do and you are satisfied to his capabilities while having faith is believing on a miracle that God can do although you haven't seen any proof yet.

Trust is built on evidence, experience, and consistency, while faith is a belief or conviction without empirical proof. Trust can be earned or lost, while faith is often unwavering.

Faith is FAITH- Full Assurance In The Heart. Trust is TRUST- Total Reliance Unconditional Surrender to The Almighty. Therefore, you may have faith, but trust is equal to faith in action. We may demonstrate faith and that appears as trust. When there is fear, there may not be trust. But trust is beyond faith. For example, there was a man walking on a rope between two buildings with his child and he finished crossing the walking across the tightrope. People clapped, then he asked them, "Do you have faith that I can do it?" They said, "Yes". He asked them "Do you trust me, that I can do it?". They said "Yes". He said, "Then give me your child. I will carry your child across on the rope". And none of them was willing to give him their child. They had faith, but they had no trust.
