There is a way, after you talk to your gym instructor he should be able to advice you accordingly. I have seen people wearing bands on their wrists and arms for monitoring their calories and it looks very convenient.

I'm not sure I understand your question but I will just try to answer your question to the best of my knowledge.Hand calculating your calories, protein, carbohydrates may be stressful.Their are 100" s of applications out their that you can use to count macros but I will just state two or three applications.

My Fitness Pal(MFP) is by far the most commonly used  food tracking app out there. It has the largest database of food and it will automatically fill in nutrition information for you.Every food and ingredient you can think of is preloaded,so you will only be doing a minimal data entry

Carb manager is another app you can use.On initial set up, it will ask you a few questions about your macronutrient target: protein, fat, calories. It breaks down your daily intake  into a convenient pie chat and snapshot your net carb intake.

CRON-O-meter is another application you can use.

There is no direct way to track health care data by the body composition of an individual. However, it is possible to estimate body composition using a variety of methods, including dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, bioelectrical impedance analysis, and anthropometry.

There were some apps on the internet where you can check your fitness. Try browsing in it and I guess it's like a check up or something that it records your information with corresponding data about your wellness. Or if you haven't seen an app like that, try watching videos on Youtube for self-examinations

Yes, there are several ways you can track your health data, including calories, body fat, protein intake, and more:

1. **Fitness Trackers:** Devices like fitness trackers or smartwatches often come with built-in sensors and apps that can track metrics like calories burned, steps taken, and even heart rate. They can provide valuable insights into your daily activity levels and help you set and achieve fitness goals.

2. **Health Apps:** There are numerous health and fitness apps available for smartphones that allow you to track various aspects of your health, including nutrition, exercise, and body composition. Apps like MyFitnessPal, Lose It!, and Cronometer let you log your food intake, track macronutrients like protein, fat, and carbohydrates, and even track body measurements and weight.

3. **Smart Scales:** Smart scales are equipped with sensors that can measure metrics like body weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and more. Some models can even sync this data with your smartphone or computer, allowing you to track changes over time and set goals accordingly.

4. **Food Diary:** Keeping a food diary can help you track your calorie intake and monitor your macronutrient consumption. You can use a simple notebook or a dedicated app to record everything you eat and drink throughout the day, including portion sizes and nutritional information.

5. **Nutrition Labels:** When purchasing packaged foods, you can use the nutritional information provided on the labels to track your calorie intake and monitor your macronutrient intake.

By using a combination of these methods, you can gather comprehensive data about your health and fitness levels, allowing you to make informed decisions and take steps to improve your overall well-being. However, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional or nutritionist for personalized advice and guidance tailored to your individual needs and goals.
