there are steps you should consider before trademarking and copywriting. You need to first be sure that your own logo doesn't violate any copyright, so you'll need to have it thoroughly checked.

I think it is best to use a watermark on your logos before uploading them on different social media. I am sure it will protect it without a doubt.

I think the best way to go about it, is to put a copyright stamp on your page on fb telling people that logo officially belongs to you and they should stay away

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as the best way to safeguard your business logo may vary depending on the specific circumstances. However, some tips you may want to consider include using a copyrightable image file format, registering your logo with the US Copyright Office, and implementing proper trademark protection measures.

Yes, you can safeguard your business logo by registering it as a trademark with the USPTO. This will give you legal protection against copyright infringement.

To safeguard your business logo from potential copyright issues on Facebook, you can take the following steps:

1. Register your logo: Consider registering your logo as a trademark with the appropriate intellectual property office in your country. This provides legal protection and helps establish your ownership rights.

2. Include copyright notices: Add a copyright notice (©) and your business name to your logo, indicating that it is protected by copyright.

3. Monitor for infringements: Regularly monitor Facebook and other platforms for unauthorized use or infringement of your logo. If you discover any violations, you can take appropriate action, such as reporting the infringement to Facebook or contacting legal counsel.

Remember that it's always a good idea to consult with an intellectual property lawyer to ensure you have proper legal protection for your logo and to address any specific concerns related to your business.

Education Broadcasts: Some areas have introduced educational television or radio broadcasts to reach students without internet access. This can be an alternative way to receive educational content.  Focus on Essential Skills: While digital access is important, parents and educators can also focus on developing essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity using non-digital methods.

Here are a few websites where you can obtain a copyright for your company's logo:

The U.S. Copyright Office's official website is copyright.gov. This page allows you to look up existing copyrights, register a copyright, and submit an application for a copyright.

Copyright registration services are provided by LegalZoom, a legal services provider. In addition to providing other legal services like company formation and trademark registration, LegalZoom can assist you with the preparation and filing of a copyright application.

Another provider of legal services that helps with copyright registration is RocketLawyer. LegalZoom and RocketLawyer are comparable, but RocketLawyer provides more services, such as document review and intellectual property protection.

USPTO.gov: The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's official website (USPTO). This page allows you to look up trademarks that are already registered, register a trademark, and submit an application for a trademark.

Copyright & Trademark Law Offices of Richard A. Roth, ESQ.: This legal practice focuses on trademark and copyright matters. In addition to copyright infringement litigation and copyright licensing, the firm provides copyright registration services.
