Please tell me similar site to Airbnb where I am not required to provide motel style accomodation in my home.?

I want money from boarders upfront because in the past they refuse to pay. But I don't want the stress of having to provide such high standards as Air Bnb require. I am prepared to receive less money in exchange for this.

You could look into roomster.com Its more of a monthly rental situation. You might be able to rent your rooms by the week on roomster. I'm not sure if there is an option to receive payment in advance though.
