There is no specific implication to this statement, as it is simply a difference between Mongolian and Caucasian races................................................

It means that no unusual race does not have a difference in growth than a white person.
Caucsion is white, and the Mongolian is a speech that is different, and not quite right.

We cannot do anything about it. It is in their genes to be unique. It is not good if this will be an issue for racism. We just need to accept the differences of others.

Supraorbital development refers to the degree of prominence or projection of the brow ridge or supraorbital torus above the eye sockets. It is a physical characteristic that is more pronounced in some individuals and populations, and may be influenced by factors such as genetics and environmental conditions.

Supraorbital development refers to the degree of protrusion or prominence of the supraorbital ridge, which is the bony ridge located above the eye sockets or orbits. In some individuals, this ridge is more prominent or developed, giving the forehead a more sloped or pronounced appearance. Supraorbital development can be influenced by various factors, including genetics, age, and sex. It is also associated with certain anatomical and physiological features, such as brain size and facial morphology. In some cases, supraorbital development may be indicative of specific medical conditions or genetic disorders
