There is a great program that is free called Syncios. You can check online and download it to your computer. Install this on your computer. This works for any Android or iOS device. Now you can:

  1. Backup all your photos to your hard drive.
  2. There is a data recovery function in case you have an issue and have lost data on your phone.
  3. You can also sync up two phones and move all your data across.
  4. Backup your contact, data, and music on your computer.
  5. This allows you to export or import photos, music, contacts, ringtones, films or any other data on the phone or your computer.
  6. You can create playlists and move music to your phone.
This is one of the best free programs out there that can really save you a lot of time and energy. Just install the program, open the program, connect your phone by the phone USB cable, and the program will sync up with your device.

If you are using an iPhone and Macbook, it won't be an issue at all. Just enable iCloud to backup your contacts. In this way, you can check your contacts anytime on all your Apple devices.

But I guess you are using an Android phone and want to backup your contacts on the computer. The easiest way to do this is to take advantage of your Google account and Google Drive.

Open your Android mobile and go to “Contacts” app. Find the menu and select “Manage contacts” > “Import/Export contacts” > “Export to phone storage”. In this way, your Android contacts will be saved in VCF form in the phone memory of Android. Connect your device to the computer through a USB cable.

What you can do is make sure to use the Google or your IOS device for the sync option. And they usually have the export the contact option into the CSV file. And that CSV file can be read in the Excel or the Google Drive. So you should be able to find the CSV file export option in your phone for the contact information. That should works out for your phone contact export options.

You could try cleaning the phone's interior by hand, by using a vacuum cleaner with a detailing agent, or by using a toothbrush to clean the phone's surfaces. You could also try saving the contact lists and contact information for each user on a computer or on a network sharelet, such as Facebook.
