What is meant by electrical voltage in practical ?

According to ohms law  Voltage is proportional to current. Mean simply V=RI, where is is resistance offered.

We can understand it like water flow through the pipe having losses Suppose from tank Q water is flow but at receiver end only q water is received
Q us always greater than q

Means after generation of current at source, it flow through the wire having resistance, that drop the current. And then the terms used is voltage
