Some examples of super foods are, berries, tea, soy, leafy greens, salmon, dark chocolates, grapes, spirulina, barley, garlic, wheatgrass, turmeric, Brazil nuts etc. Super foods can prevent cancer, heart diseases, stroke, arthritis, respiratory diseases, Parkinson's disease, emphysema etc.
