I know nuts are healthy and are also fatty. As much as i love nuts, i have an allergy that's the sad part, but guess what! i cannot stop myself from eating them. i would rather eat and then deal with the consequences later. I need the nutrients from them, so will the allergy stop me from having a taste or enjoying them? i don't think so. Anyway they truly are very beneficial to our immune systems if i can say that. i think so because they give us nutrients in our bodies which aid in keeping our immune system in good health. let me mention a few of the benefits,

i wouldn't know which one belongs to which group, but i know they provide us with iron, which is very essential for blood, i know that for a fact because i love cashew nuts. and that information comes directly from the farmers themselves. as for the peanuts, hazel nuts, walnuts and any other nuts that are there, i eat for fun am not quite sure what they are good for maybe protein?
