What was the music video I saw?

i watched a music video on channel V(music video channel)yesterday and wondered what the video was. i can not figure it out.

the main singer of the video was a girl with white skin with short black hair(like pixie cut)

and she danced in full body blue tights(like fishnet or spandex)

lying and dancing scene were edited together.

and except for the scene wearing blue tights, she seemed to be lying in the pajamas and singing song.

i've been searching all day for wa white female singer with short black hair, but even that is hard to find also. i need your help!

It sounds like i could be either Lady Gaga ( She dances alot with spandex and minimal clothing in her music videos), or it could be madonna who also uses spandex alot. 'madonna usually wears red spandex though so im not 100% sure it could be her who danced in the video.

Try look around on youtube on some popular music videos and you will probable find it. :)
