In summer we face different types of health related problems like dehydraton, skin sensitivities, electrolytic imbalance, sun burn etc. So it is better to switch on season fruits like watermelon, zucchini, blackberries and raspberries, pears, apricot, peaches etc. These fruits are full of dietary fibers and water. Watermelon is a fruit which compensate fluids, what we exactly need in summer. It also contains lycopene which protects us from sun damage. Zucchini contains pectin which is a fiber in nature, it improves our heart and helps in lowering cholesterol. Blackberries and raspberries are the great sources of fiber. Apricot and peaches are the sources of beta carotene which is an antioxidant and peaches also contains huge amount of vitamin C.

I'm going to list the healthiest fruit you can eat during summer.I hope they are available in your neck of the woods.They are not only tasty but good for your health.

Blueberries, especially the wild blueberries contain disease fighting anti oxidants.

Cantaloupe contain loads of vitamin C which can offer protection against stroke

The figs contain phytosterols which keeps cholesterol level in check

Grapes contain reseveratrol which is a potent antioxidant in purple/red grapes that offers protection against cardiovascular disease.

Large kiwis contain 56 calories and 20% more oxidant vitamin C available in orange

Lemons and limes contain phytonutrient liminoids which appear to have anticancer,antiviral properties.

Mangoes contain viatimin A, B-6, and C,plus fibre.

Peaches contain vitamin C,the anti oxidant beta-carotene,fibre and potassium.

The best fruit to eat in summer is the peach. It is delicious and you will get satisfied. You can drink it in a juice and mix it with oranges. The best time to eat orange is in the morning. It will give you a lot of energy.

During summer there is a lot of dehydration due to increase temperature and fruits to keep us hydrated includes water melon, coconut, and oranges. These class of fruits especially coconut help replace lost mineral and electrolyte. Water melon consist of 80 percent of water and has also vitamins and carotene.

For me, the best fruit to eat during summer are fruits rich in juices. For example are watermelon, melon, and papaya. During summer it is very hot and dehydration is very well-known. These fruits can help you overcome dehydration and is rich in Vitamin C.

Every summer I eat more banana, mango, watermelon, papaya and so much more usually when we are out of town swimming. It is also refreshing to have a lemon juice on your side while chilling out on a beach or at a sunset view. Actually those fruits are good and it reminds me of an island theme of places when I eat those.
