The Venezuelan crisis during Chavez's government was caused by a combination of factors, including government mismanagement, corruption, oil price fluctuations, and economic policies that contributed to inflation and shortages of basic goods.

The main cause of the crisis is the government of Venezuela. The Chavez government has been getting criticized for their lack of action in solving the problems of the people of Venezuela. The government has been unable to address the problems of the people and their food, water, and energy conditions have become increasingly worse. The people of Venezuela are calling for an alternative government to be formed to take action against the financial and social problems of the Chavez government.
