Yes. Every tank is carefully tested each time it is returned to the gas company before they refill it. They do that specifically because they don't want to kill any customers. The tank can stand direct flame, like from a blow torch, for several minutes. You can go to youtube and search "bleve" to see tests.

For Cars that use LPG, the cylinders are usually separated from the reactive parts like the engine and spark plug, most often it is stored at the back of the car, close to fuel tank, though metal cylinders are heavy, but the design makes it safe for use in cars, the only problem is in the area of detecting leakages if there is any.

Yes. It is safe to transport cylinders in car. But make sure the LPG cylinder properly closed and it won't move in the car. Don't keep inflammable things near cylinder.

Yes, you can carry an LPG cylinder in a car. Just make sure always double-check to ensure cylinder valves have been properly closed and leak prior to transport. Do not carry if greater than 9kg in an enclosed vehicle. Never allow anyone to smoke in, or near your car, and do not carry any unnecessary passengers while transporting dangerous goods.

Yes, it is safe to carry LPG cylinders in the car all you have to keep in mind is the precaution other than that is the most common way to carry LPG. It is dangerous to carry a cylinder in the car only if it is leaking other than that it is safe.

You can carry with no issues, yes. However, if you are carrying a gas cylinder, exercise cautious. Two cylinders can be transported at once.

Yes, ot is. I saw a car running on gas cylinder. Some people take the gas from the godown in car. It should be properly tested and make sure it doesn't have any leakages.

No, it is not safe to carry LPG cylinders in a car, as they can leak and cause a fire or explosion. LPG cylinders should always be transported upright in a well-ventilated vehicle that is specifically designed for this purpose.

There is no strong evidence that LPG Cylinder is safe to carry in a car. As of now, there is no law prohibiting carry of LPG Cylinder, so it is generally safe to do so. However, there is no definitive answer to this question since LPG Cylinder is still a new product and not fully approved by the government. So while there is noabsolute answer to this question, it is generally safe to do so at this time.

Turn off cylinder valves and plug valve outlets when stored (if possible). Never leave any gas cylinders in enclosed vehicles for long periods. Remove and place them in a cool, dry, well ventilated secure place.
