First and foremost create a good space where you can build a nice closed  chicken house.for lack of a better word. You need to also create an open space where the birds will be goung out to enjoy some sunlight and eat grass. Am guessing you already have an idea of how the chickens love to play in the soìl. That is the first thing you need to do get the open space, and the material to build the chivken house. You also need to have someone who is reliable and responsible enough to be checking on them. Am assuming your starting from scratch, with chicks or are they already big chickens? Anyway am referring to the chicks because they need a lot of attention. The house (for the chickens) should be well covered and closed up properly to keep away other rodents that can harm them. For the chicks, the room needs to be very clean, have water and food throughout, and the room should be warm enough with good lighting to contain the warmth. That should be good for a start.

Automation is the smart way to manage your poultry farm, presently there are automatic bird cages that can feed birds at a programmed time, these cages also collect the eggs to prevent damages by the layers. Though this technology is expensive, but the benefits outweighs the cost especially for farmers that have low workforce or have other engagements. Another smart way of managing your farm is making your own poultry feeds, it saves money especially using raw material from your kitchen and farm.

Proper housing and equipment: Ensure that your poultry farm has suitable housing and equipment that can provide adequate ventilation, lighting, and temperature control. The housing should be well-ventilated, clean, and free from pests and predators.

Good feeding and nutrition: Proper feeding and nutrition are essential for the health and growth of your poultry. Feed your birds with a balanced diet that contains all the necessary nutrients.

Disease prevention and control: Preventing and controlling disease outbreaks is critical in poultry farming. Implement biosecurity measures, such as controlling visitors, disinfecting equipment and vehicles, and controlling access to the farm. Vaccination and regular health checks are also crucial.

The smart way to manage poultry farm is to keep the farm in good shape, while maintaining a large body of fresh produce every week. You should look into using a well-maintained farm office and Berry's Food Management, which will offer fresh produce from a larger variety of farmers markets and superstores.
