I believe that the European would enjoy Ningbo culturally, as it has a rich history and is known for its seafood.

Ningbo is located in the east coast of China, which has a long history of maritime activity. As such, the city has a rich maritime culture, with many restaurants serving seafood. Additionally, the city has a number of traditional gardens and scenic areas, which would be of interest to the tourist.

I don't see any reason why an European wouldn't enjoy visiting Ningbo. The city is full with historical and natural sights, and as far as I know is not so big and crowded as other Chinese cities. I've never been there, but for what I've read and heard, it seems a very interesting place to go, I think I'd definately go If I were going to China. A friend of mine that is from France just went there and loved it.

I am sure they will because the place is a new one to explore. Most adventurous people do this and they learn from doing it. It is a normal way to be an explorer when traveling.
