what are the diet and physical exercises to take to lose weight?
more_vert
You will need to add some money to the app and you will be competing with others who have paid and want to lose weight. Other than this you can check out some of the free apps like Nike Trainer which will give you exercise to do each day. You will need to be motivated and keep it up on a daily basis. Losing weight means that you need to eat right, exercise, and be committed to what you want to do and most importantly set a goal for how much you want to lose. You do not always need an app to do this. There are plenty of videos on YouTube that you can watch and do the exercises with the video.

I only do brisk walking as part of my exercise routine every day. I only use the app Sweatcoin to monitor my steps when walking. It is an app that you can also earn points.

1. Eating a balanced diet: Focus on consuming plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains. Reduce your intake of processed foods, sugary drinks, and snacks.
2. Engaging in regular physical activity: Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week. This could include activities like brisk walking, jogging, cycling, or swimming.
3. Resistance training: Incorporating weight lifting or bodyweight exercises like push-ups or squats can help build muscle, which can boost your metabolism and burn more calories.
4. Consistency and patience: Losing weight is a journey, and it takes time and dedication. Be patient with yourself and celebrate small victories along the way.
