Nothing much. Just that your voice will change to that of a higher pitched.

If you take one hit you still have oxygen in your lungs, so you live a while longer. If you take a second hit, you have depleted the oxygen in your lungs. At some point you pass out from lack of oxygen. That is kinda rare because people usually only take one hit at a time. But inhaling nitrogen is different: you can pass out with a single breath.

If you inhale helium, you will find if you try to speak that your voice will sound a lot like Donald duck. Saturation divers have known about this for many years. It occurs because Helium being much less dense than normal air, is thinner and acts upon the vocal cords.

Helium is perfectly safe in balloons and safe when balloons are deflated in open and well-ventilated areas but, inhaling it from balloons can be dangerous.

Helium displaces oxygen in your lungs when you inhale it, which can cause suffocation and you won’t even realize it. Even a little breath can cause you to become dizzy or lightheaded without warning, which could lead to an injury.

Inhaling helium from balloons can temporarily change the sound of your voice, making it higher-pitched. However, inhaling too much helium can be dangerous as it can displace oxygen in the lungs and cause suffocation. It is important to use caution and only inhale helium in a controlled and safe environment.

Helium gas from balloons is a theorized gas that allows for travel through air at lower pressure than air, and is used in 332 atmospheric pressure Study to create a "blue gas" study.

Breathing in pure helium deprives the body of oxygen, as if you were holding your breath. If you couldn't breathe at all, you'd start to die in minutes—as soon as your body exhausted the supply of oxygen stored in the blood.

Due to its low density, helium gas from balloons can briefly alter the pitch of your voice, making it sound higher. Helium, however, replaces oxygen in your lungs, which, if used excessively or improperly, can cause oxygen deprivation. Dizziness, lightheadedness, and even unconsciousness may result from this. Helium from balloons should not be inhaled and should be avoided at all costs. Prioritise your safety and refrain from breathing in anything that can prevent you from getting enough oxygen.
