Is keto diet safe for long term?

No, it's not. Behind the refrigerator because of the compressor, heat released from there..... It's better to avoid keeping the gas cylinder close to the fridge as emitted heat can be heat up the gas in the cylinder which is not safe.

If you are in touch with your doctor and are having regular check ups (including lab work) and things are looking well then yes keto can be safe. However it is not advised to start any type of diet without consulting your physician. I know personally many people that have been on the keto diet most with no issues and amazing weight loss. But there are those few that have electrolyte imbalance (low potassium, low sodium), and cholesterol issues on this diet since it can contain high fat. Everyone is different so long term is best to check with your physician

For an effective and successful result, the keto diet stays for the long term. It recommends staying on keto for six months maximum. To maintain your diet weight loss adopt more active lifestyle after a period of time of keto diet.
