Is it a sin in Islam to have a crush on a cartoon character who is an anthropomorphic animal?

Assalamu Alaykum. Is it haram to be in love with a cartoon character who is an anthropomorphic animal? Like Mickey Mouse, for example. Is it bestiality, even if the character could consent, has human emotions and intellect, walks on two legs, and wears clothes? Please clarify, and I need religiously knowledgable Muslims to answer. I need an answer quick. Jazzakhalah

I really don't think anyone can call this a sin. I also do not believe you are in love with a cartoon character. Love for TV or animals is different than love for a person. You can never marry this cartoon character so how can it be a sin no matter where you live.

it is a sin why because God created man and woman only to become husband and wife. he did not create man and cartoon or woman and cartoon to become one flesh. so a human being having crush on a cartoon is a sin

I don't think it should be termed as sin because noone is right but God and we should not be judgemental on people's actions. People nowadays crush on various things including cartoons, items etc

In my book, it is not wrong to like some cartoon characters. The sin comes in when a person thinks of them sexually, which is considered one of the sins for people who are Roman Catholic.

First of all , with respect to you everything in your religion is haram and forbidden that what force a lot of you to make sins and appear like they are religious. this what drives you to fall in love with a cartoon mickey mouse and these things and rules and forbidden and what they keep frightening you from drives you to this.be realistic somehow.
