i have a problem - i cant either send or receive msgs on IG at all! i have to use BigBangram (https://bigbangram.com/directmessage) on my PC. it works for me - i can chat online but can anyone tell me what to do with the problem i faced on IG? i cant always chat with my customers from the desktop. what other ways of sending DMs from the PC do you know?
