In moderation including instant noodles in your  diet likely won't come with any negative health effects. However they are low in nutrients, so don't use they as a staple in your diet.

Instant noodle is made of chemical ingredient especially the flavoring on the sachet. I know there are people who eat almost every day even the kids who have harmful effects on their health. Eating these once in a while will be okay and make sure that you drink plenty of water. Me, when I eat these instant noodles I don't put all the flavoring from the sachet which is too salty. Once the taste is good for me that's good for me and  I just throw the remaining flavoring on the sachet.

There is no definitive answer to this question as the best way to eat instant noodles is to personalize one's diet to consider the health benefits of instant noodles each time they are eaten. By all means, eat them as is with dinner, but be aware that instant noodles can contain high levels of salt, caffeine, and other toxins that can harm the stomach. Additionally, it is important to ensure that instant noodles are ground properly so that the final product is smooth and thick, which will help reduce their potential health benefits.
