Of late i have been feeling lethargic, i cannot explain why this is happening so often. I sometimes think it could be because of my age, but again i tend to think that i am an energetic person most of the time, so why do i get this feeling all the time. I realized that sometimes i wake up in the morning, and my body just doesn't feel right for some reason. I look around me and i see so many things that need to be done, but my body will not respond, at this point i just feel like i need to lie down and sleep it off, but it doesn't go away.
My thinking is it may have everything to do with my mind, because everything we do or go through starts in the mind, could it be a psychological problem? We can also check our diets, the food that we consume on a daily basis could be the culprit. There are some foods that will drain off our energies and we may not be aware, so we eat them not knowing that they are the reason for our lethargic feeling. sometimes when we don't get enough sleep, it can cause it. i personally have that issue, when i don't sleep well, or i don't get enough sleep like less than 8 hours, i feel really lousy the whole day and my body stops functioning normally. So most of the things we do in our daily routines is what makes us feel lethargic, we just need to look at the way we run our daily lives and change some of the things that we do and that may just reduce this issue.

Sometimes it feels like it's only in my mind, like my body feels perfectly fine but my brain is sort of sleepy and commands me to feel sleepy as well.

usually it takes a couple of exercises to shake it off.

It can also result in dehydration or lack of sleep. It can also be related to having some health conditions. It is best to have a monthly checkup with the doctor to prevent from having a lethargic state.

There are a few reasons why lethargy can come. One reason is that people can become tired during the night or during the day if they are working hard all day long. Tiredness can also come from different things like physical activity, sleep deprivation, or being constantly supervised. Another reason is that some people become tired in the morning because they sunbathe or exercise. Tiredness can also come from many things like reading too much books, eating too many large meals, or watching TV too much.

The best way to avoid becoming tired is to make sure you get enough sleep and to stay active throughout the day.

Most of the time fatigue can be traced to one or more lifestyle issues, such as poor sleep habits or lack of exercise. Fatigue can be caused by a medicine or linked to depression. Sometimes fatigue is a symptom of an illness that needs treatment.
