Which one you would like to suggest a beginner - Elite Dangerous or Star Citizen?

Depends on what levels you need to be at, or are at.  To become Star Citizen or, Elite Dangerous.

Now if you want to get to a certain level of good person with, and higher rank than that should be Star Citizen.

And if you want to be a Elite Dangerous person what would you be up for, danger, and trouble.

A beginner should choose a safer alternative than a dangerous one.

So Star Citizen would be more appropriate as a beginner.

The reason you would like to suggest a beginner - Elite Dangerous is because it is a much more advanced game that is needed more experience to be successful.
