As a child, I was most afraid of the dark. Although I had a loving family and a comfortable home, I found darkness to be nerve-wracking and unsettling. I often felt that something or someone was lurking in the shadows, and the fear of the unknown would cause me great anxiety. Even when I had a nightlight in my bedroom, I still felt a sense of dread when everything was dark. I was also afraid of wild animals, particularly large cats like tigers and lions. Every time I saw a video or a picture of one of these creatures, I was overcome with fear and panic. I never had to encounter these animals in real life, but I was still terrified by their presence. I also had a fear of heights, which caused me to avoid activities like climbing trees or going high on playground equipment. I remember the feeling of vertigo whenever I was on something tall, and it was difficult for me to control my fear. Finally, I was also scared of being alone. In my house, I always wanted someone to be near me, even if it was just in the same room. Being left alone would cause me to have panic attacks, and I would get very scared in those situations.
