Each fruit has its benefits to health. If Orange and citrus fruits are very rich in vitamin C, and the person eating habits are very unhealthy like those who take up many fried food, which of course will be full of free radicals, then the vitamin C and fruits rich in vitamin C would be the good option.

Generally fruits are very helpful in nutrition, but some fruits have very essential nutrients that are not found in other ones. Example of such is banana which contain dietary fiber, magnesium, potassium. Another good fruit in olives and particularly the black olives is a good source of iron, and calcium. Grape and oranges are good sources of vitamin c which helps in building the immune system.

Almost all the fruits are important in our bodies. Personally, I prefer watermelon because it helps boost water level and blood as well. Bananas are sweet too because of the potassium content. Generally, all of them are important because they contain some essentials important to our bodies.

Despite their sweet taste, they are low in calories. They are rich in vitamin A, C&E. They contain iron, zinc, calcium and some phytochemicals. They are also good antioxidants.

Soursop is also as healthy as mango. It provides vitamin A and C. It is an excellent antioxidant, boost energy level and immune system. Some research suggests that it can prevent cell mutation. Other incredible fruits are banana, coconut, watermelon, oranges.

Like how every body is different , every human is different but all are unique in their own ways, similarly all fruits are unique in their own ways. like some body who is anaemic pomegrante should be the first choice, for immunity boost oranges are good, for rehydration watermelon is good for instant enery boost bananas are the best fruits. so what is best for you that only you can decide may be with the help of someone who is an expert in foods.
