I think it totally depends on you but to me I'd prefer pastel colors of yellow, green or blue because as you said, room colors should be relaxing to the eyes. However, if you're referring to a kid's room, you might want to consider murals. I think it's what they prefer rather than the plain at minimalist design that we, adults, prefer.

Yes. For a relaxing atmosphere one can choose cooler hues - Shades of grey, blue, green and purple. Thanks for your answer.

It's a very personal thing but I prefer cream. I remember when I was young my parents painted my room orange which I hated. I associate it now with having a headache and being sick. My granddaughter loves pale mauve and I must admit it does look nice and is easy on the eyes. I think pale colours are definitely more relaxing.

Ladies consider bright colors  like pink and sky blue.  On the other hand,  men consider  dull colurs like navy blue and black.  Person ally,  my room is whole filled up with sky blue.  My beddings and everything  in it but unfortunately  I haven't done some interior decor so walks are just plain white of which am very comfortable with.

It all depends on preference and attraction, the bedroom is a place for rest, calmness, comfort, warmth, and thinking and colors that promotes this processes are white, milk, blue, lavender, peach and purple. These colors can be energizing and help lighten our mood. Softer color can help induce sleep and relaxation. In addition to the colors of the walls in the bedroom, the colors of the furniture is also important as it can contribute to achieving the overall importance of the bedroom.

The bed room colour should give us happiness, peaceful and relaxation. I prefer light colours in bed room rather than dark colours.

But it totally depends on you and your taste.

Green is a beautiful color because it signifies nature, same way you feel peace in a green forest so you would in your house.

A second color I will recommend is blue, blue gives a sense of calmness no wonder the sky is blue so the sea, when used in a house, it creates an aura of calmness and lowers high blood pressure.

Green and blue colour are calming colours. Go for light colour. Pink and pale colours are.  Sky blue or red roses are in my bedrooms.

The best color for the bedroom is white or off-white colors. This will make your room bigger and neater. You will feel more comfortable and relaxed. Me, I prefer pastel colors it is cool to the eyes. Bold colors are much warmer making the room darker.

I prefer using neutral colors. This way, I can play around with colors for furniture. My old room in my parents' house had white walls and gray floor. My cabinet was pink, which provided a pop of color.

Having a mixture of different colours in your bedroom can be very relaxing, especially having alot of blue colour in it, and it's also inspiring and cool.

The most relaxing colors to choose for a bedroom are typically soft, cool hues such as blue, green, and purple. These colors are believed to have a calming effect and promote restful sleep. Additionally, warm, neutral shades like beige and light gray can also create a relaxing atmosphere. However, the choice of color for a bedroom ultimately comes down to personal preference. It is also important to consider the other elements in the room such as the furniture, bedding, and lighting when selecting a paint color. Overall, the use of relaxing colors can help create a peaceful and comfortable environment that promotes rest and relaxation.

The best colors to have in your bedroom are generally those that are calming and soothing, such as light blues, greens, and purples. These colors are known to reduce stress and help create a peaceful atmosphere. If you prefer a more vibrant look, pastel shades of pink, yellow, and orange can also be calming and inviting. Choosing colors for your bedroom should not be done just based on personal preferences, but also on the effects that the colors have on the ambience of the room.
