A little too often, we all like to think of our fate after death and I think what bothers us the most is the uncertainty we feel deep down.

I don't think that people just die and perish. We are spirit, body and soul. Hence I feel when we die, this bio suit called body decays while our soul moves to another dimension.

There are series of possibilities to just conclude that we'd just die and stop existing. I think it's deeper than that. But only after we die do we really find out and unfortunately, no one comes back to tell the story

You are right, man comprises of body soul and spirit, at death the body falls out, and true man stands out stained or pure depending on its activities while on earth, if only we could hear those that passed on then the picture could be clearer to us.

Very true but unfortunately the mystery of death wa hidden from us and we cannot know what happens after that. That is in the other life.

Exactly if only the ones who have died could come and tell us, we could be knowing. But we should not worry since everything is with God.

Persons have claimed they have had near death experiences so you would have to believe their story of going to heaven or hell, or you just have to experience it for yourself.

Well, if we have the answer to this question then we'd be billionaires by now. But seriously, we still do not know, and we aren't sure if after this lifetime or the next, we will be able to know the answer.

Personally, I think, as the law of energy states, it is neither created nor destroyed, and can only be transformed into other forms. Hence, the human soul or the human energy will remain here on earth and will exist into other forms probably as heat energy. As for the physical body, well we all know we'd end up as organic matter, and that too will be a good source of energy indirectly for biotic organisms.

You physics theory sounds interesting, I believe if we seek the truth we shall find, knowledge is not limited, but the source and our our level of understanding is important. To me death is not the end of life it is just a transformation from one body to the other.

The individual spirit cannot be changed although the physical body disintegrates into organic matter. That is the truth.

Death is the transformation from a physical body to a spiritual body where the physical body has to die for it to give birth to the spiritual body.

According to the biblical teaching,  when human beings die,  their souls rest in the pagotory. Its believed that there is where all of us we will rest as we await for the final judgment.  The good thing is that we are guaranteed of the eternal life that will never come to an end.

Interesting but I don't belong to that class of believe, judgement is constantly taking place, a lot of people have passed on messages of how the other side, but people take it to be diabolic while others have accepted it. The truth exist but it never force itself on you.

In Christian Universalism all will be saved even if they are sinners they will endure age long punishment until they are brought back into a proper relationship with God.

No one knows what happens to us after death but some people believe without question that there is a Heaven and a Hell and according to how we lived our life on earth we will be sent to one of them.

Although no one can be certain, my own view is it is not the end when we die. I believe we enter a higher plane, maybe not quite as we are lead to believe through religion but I feel we were given an earthly life for a purpose. We just don't know what that purpose is yet. Scientists do not agree with this and think that when we die we turn to dust and that is the end but I would like to think there is something more.

Everyone is entitle to his or her opinion, but whatever opinion we have does not change the truth, we have to open or understanding and thinking to be able to comprehend the truth.

There is a spiritual home for man after death because in the Bible it states that Jesus has many mansions prepared for us in heaven and he will come for us to take us there.

The question of what happens to a person after death is a complex and deeply personal matter that is shaped by an individual's cultural, religious, and philosophical beliefs. In some religious traditions, it is believed that the soul continues on after death to a spiritual home, such as heaven or a similar afterlife realm. In these beliefs, the soul may be judged and sent to a specific place based on their actions during life. In other beliefs, the soul may be reincarnated, either in this world or another realm, to continue its journey of growth and learning. There are also philosophical beliefs that hold that the soul simply ceases to exist after death, or that death is the end of all conscious existence. Ultimately, what happens to a person after death is a matter of personal belief, shaped by one's cultural, religious, and philosophical background, and remains an open question with no scientific proof. It is up to each individual to determine their own beliefs based on their experiences, values, and understanding of the world.

There are two homes waiting for the soul of a person who is dead,Heaven or Hell.,Heaven is for those who live a holy life, while hell is for sinners and unbelievers.

The answer to this question depends on one's personal beliefs. For some, the afterlife is a spiritual home that is reached through death. For others, death is simply the end of physical life, with no spiritual afterlife.
